User created content?

I was wandering if it was possable to make it to where a user (player) could add their own content to a MMO style game and/or make it to where they could rearange things (in a room for instance) and other players would see the change when they enter the room or join the game. Or, even mabey design and play their own levels.

the reason I ask this in the forums is becouse (hopefully) im not the first person (new to unity) to wander this , lol.
