Maybe the video card’s out of VRAM? I don’t know, last time that happened to me, I was on autoCAD, and it did the same thing. (Intel GPU though, not Nvidia)
Perhaps asking the player for system specs could help? I found that windows 10 uses a bit more RAM than the others… ![]()
EDIT: also, unity version to build the game? might be a bug with Unity.
