Using a 'structured' dds-file {Atlas} for UI?

I have the following image which I want to use as ‘decoration’ for my UI:

But how you can see the different elements are arranged seperatedly.
I know that this is common in many games (I extracted the file from my favourite one),
but I don’t know how I could work with that in Unity, so I hope you can give me somte advices how such textures are used in Unity.
