I have emailed Unity Support but wanted to get some community feedback on the following scenario. I have written a game maker which allows users to create and distribute their own 3D games. Does the TOS and EULA of the Asset Store allow me to populate the asset library that’s built into my game maker with assets from the Unity Asset Store?
That is, I buy say 500 models from the Asset Store and add them to my game maker product, then allow my users to select from these models to make their own games, and then distribute or sell the games they make.
Would you consider these 500 models “integrated and embedded as a component of the electronic games or digital media”, or as a redistribution of the models which is prohibited by the EULA?
