Using images of Asset Store Assets in achievements, trading cards?

I know I’m not getting any formal legal advice here, and I’m not looking for one, just asking for a general perspective.

Based on these terms of the Asset Store EULA, about license given to end-user:

(c) to incorporate the Asset into physical advertising materials and reproduce, publicly display, publicly perform, transmit and distribute the Asset as incorporated into those materials solely for marketing purposes with respect to the Licensed Product;

(d) monetize the Asset within and for use within a Licensed Product, including via in-app purchases;

Would you consider “safe” using images of Assets bought (would fall under “publicly display”, I presume) for achievements on Steam, since that is technically not “within” the licensed product and also not really for marketing?

What about trading cards? I would assume things could get more complicated here, since they actually cost money and have transactions between players, also on an external feature. But at the same time, it doesn’t grant access to the Asset itself, but rather just an image of it.

Of course when it comes to legal terms things get blurry, just asking for a perspective. It’s fine? Better to avoid both? Achievements would be more acceptable?
