Using OnCollisionEnter with WheelCollider?

Hey Guys,

I need to check if my WheelCollider collides with the ground, but I perfer not to use the update function. Is there a way to use something like the OnCollisionEnter function?

In my attempt it hasn’t worked:

function OnCollisionEnter (other : Collider) 
	if(other.gameObject.tag == "ground")

I figured your problem. Accidentally came to my mind:

You are trying to make two MESH colliders collide, which is not accepted by Unity. You need one MESH collider and the other one simple, e.g. box collider.
Just create a tiny little box right at the bottom of your wheel and disable its renderer. No visible changes, but works.
