Using Random.RandomRange to determine drop rates

I’m attempting to get a 1/4 chance to generate a specific item. I figure I need to use Random.RandomRange(minf,maxf) to get it to work. But I’m unsure how to get to to work specifically. Any ideas?

if (Random.Range(0,4) == 0) {
//do it!
}

Range() when used with integers never returns max, so in this case, you’ll get 0, 1, 2 or 3. Roughly, one time in four, you’ll get zero returned.
