Using Unity Asset Store FX's as Gifs in Indie Anime - legal issues.

So here’s what I want to do:

  • Buy toon effects from Unity Asset Store
  • Render them in flat angles as Gifs
  • Use them elsewhere as FX in animation as animated surfaces
  • Put out the animation for free
  • Try to make a living by Patreon or selling DVDs if it takes off

Can I expect any legal issues buy doing so?
Somehow I just cant help but feel like RWBY does the same so I ask here to confirm it.

Doesn’t seem like it. In the “END-USER’s Rights and Obligations”, the terms specify:

So it’s restricted to games and game-like things. I doubt movies fall under that.
