Using Unity for IOS 2d app? (not game)

Hi guys.

So, i need to make a simple IOS app (not a game). It’s some kind of quiz for helping girls to decide if they should buy an item/clothes or not.

It’s a small project/app, but will have tons of people using it for sure (the app is for a girl blog with 60.000 daily users).

It’s a good idea to use unity for it? And how should i approach a 2d app? OnGui, Guitextures with touch events or 3dplanes in ortographic view and raycast the scrren touch point?

I already have IOS unity and i ‘know’ the basic code. But maybe for this kind of app i should learn Xcode and Objective-c. Idk…

Any advice?

going to put unity aside and start learning objective-c and native ios dev with lynda! lol

Not exactly the same kind of app you’re thinking of doing, but read this thread, lots of good advice for a similar situation.
