Using Unity to Visualise Point Clouds

Hello… Completely new to Unity so apologies in advance for any daft questions!!!

I am looking to build a simple Point Cloud Viewer using Unity and Visual Studio 2015. I purpose is to enable the user to see an .xyz file or .out file by loading it into the viewer. The point cloud would be created from another program such as Pix4D or Reality Capture created from ‘Structure from Motion’ technology using aerial images of buildings.

I am trying to use the plug in Unity Asset Store - The Best Assets for Game Making a ‘Free Viewer’ but I cannot get it to work… any advice or ideas would be helpful.

Many thanks Steve
