I create a Rock with Zbrush , I retopoly it with 3Ds max. next step , I UVunwrap lowpoly mesh complete . but I dont know how i can use UV (lowpoly mesh ) accept to highpoly mesh . So I want use highpoly mesh make NormalBump + ambient Occlution . I know it with zbrush . but I don’t want use zbrush make it . I want it with 3Dmax and mental ray

You can always use xNormal too. Best tool there is
Basically, you just export your low- hi-res meshes from 3dsmax import them into xNormal for baking. Works like a charm!
