uv mapping problem

hello again im sorry if ive posted to many times but i have no idea how to fix this problem there is 3 pics below for blender unwrapping the object and photoshop and the textuer but when its on unity this happens and i don’t know what ive done wronge

blender 2.49

Hey, it doesnt look like a UV problem to me, but I might be wrong. It looks more like your smoothing groups are off. Can you try and let unity smooth it for you?
To do that, do this: for your mesh, find the FBX import settings, and then change the Normals Tangents options.
Set Normals to Calculate instead of import. If that does change(improve) the look of your model then it means, you’ve got some funky smoothing groups going on in Blender.

if its not the smoothing groups, then check your alpha channel on your diffuse
