Uvs Problem

Hi everyone, I have the following problem.
I have modeled some props and made their uvs and at the time of checking it in 3ds max I have
neither inverted nor overlapping uvs.
When I pass the props to unity and it calculates the light it tells me that if it has.
I can’t understand why it marks me if it’s okay.
Does anyone know the problem?

Were you trying to bake the lightmaps?
