For some reason Unity 2017.2.0f3 editor is not opening.
I have tried deleting Temp folder and Library and on a couple of occasions that has worked.
But now nothing works.
I watch the Task Manager and the CPU usage on the app goes down to 0 and stays there after I have
selected the project.
I have also re-installed.
