Valid WebGL URL is not accepted by any of the pathways' tutorial

Yeah, that is what I did, unfortunately, means someone else’s work is in my profile section on my submissions… oooph.

Same problem :frowning:

Same problem

You are right but as I see when they solve the issue you can “Edit submission”, remove the “borrowed” app and link your own.

I just retried it and it seems to be working now!

confirmed!

Yeah, is working now.

Enter this link and than press the POST button on the top-right corner. After upload, take the URL.

Love me. <3

Nothing like Necro’ing a post on an issue caused by Unity making updates/changes, that was resolved a couple of days later and then trying to pat yourself on the back months after that like you solved something with your first post on the forums.

I’m sorry  I’m a beginner and I didn’t see any answers in this topic. I just wanted to help…

Hi all, also under the Explore Microgame in Unity Lean and uploaded to my webserver its working fine https://www.psylocybestudios.tk/under_development/MicroBlockerWebGL/ and unfortunately i cannot use this url to submit the project…
I see that this was posted back last year in Nov 2020 and were in April 2021. Would be great to be able to collect points, badges and points fro mthe completion of this level thus and as all the above, i kindly ask for a quick fix for this to be rolled out.

Thanks in advance.

Me too, but I did not have the same issue last week

Hi @eltahawyomar001 , @Zoi90 , @platonegorov and @Joeph_CHA ! Would you mind sharing the projects that aren’t accepting Unity Play WebGL links? We’d be happy to look into these issues.

The other thing we may want to check is what the requirement is for the stage you’re on. Is it asking to submit your build, or are you trying to submit a game where it’s asking for a video or image to be submitted? I think we only have the one error message, so it may not be clear on why the URL isn’t accepted.

Hi @GregoryLane , I’ve encountered the same issue with my project : https://play.unity.com/mg/other/sidescroller-doublejump
Good luck squashing that bug and godspeed
PS: here is what is displayed on the learn.unity page whenever I try to paste the url : https://imgur.com/gallery/GnLyQun
note that typing manually the full url doesn’t cause the project thumbnail to appear in the submission form

Looks like this tutorial submission only requires a screenshot or video. Could you please try adding one of those instead? You can certainly include your playable URL in the description of your submission.

I would like to mention that, at the moment, all programs must be safe because they protect our computer. In addition, I would also like to mention that I recently found this europe windows vps which has information on the right tools and services to develop your business. This allowed me to better understand the safety of my own devices and improve their operational process.

It seems like the URL you provided is not accessible. The “invalid URL” error message could mean that the URL you entered is incorrect, or that the page is temporarily down.

You can try the following solutions:

  • Make sure the URL is correct and try again
  • Check if the page is accessible from a web browser
  • Wait a few minutes and try again later

If none of these solutions work, you can try publishing the WebGL build to a different hosting service and see if that resolves the issue.
