Since a year+ I am using Open XR + Valve index and I always found the Grab Action very very sensitive.
Even in a brand new project with the Blue VR demo. You can feel an haptic feedback as soon as you barely touch your controller grab sensor, this feedback is in sync with the Grab action and is impossible to configure (as far as I know, I tried to look everywhere I could think of).
Yesterday I was looking at steam VR menu, input visualization and this is when I discovered that in Steam VR the Grab Boolean only happen around 80% of the grab touch sensor value. In XR Interaction Toolkit, we can see that ism is closer to 1-10%.
Because of this, garbing is a nightmare and releasing is sometime not done since a little part of your palm still touch the sensor.
I think either grabbing should be the same as in Steam VR, or we should be able to configure this threshold (and possibly configure the haptic feedback that is imposed)
