I’m searching now some vegetation models (trees, bushes etc…) do you know something good to max. 10$ ?
Given that you’re asking about models I doubt you are in the closing stages of your project. I recommend you use what Unity gives free and use it sparsely until Unity 5 comes out and then you can re-evaluate the situation with Speedtree.

Speedtree will be free or only for Pro version ?
From what I heard free and that makes sense because the company that makes it has interest in selling packages of vegetation make with SpeedTree in the asset store.
I’ve used this once in UDK and that was great
