Version control + Rider + Unity6 => can't set breakpoints

I have a small project under U6, with the latest packages for Jetbrain rider and version control, and the latest Unity6. When I connect Rider to the editor to set break points and debug, the editor hangs on domain reload.
If I remove the Unity version control package, it works fine…

The issue was not reproducible in the condition below:

Rider Plugin(Latest) 3.0.34
Rider #RD-243.22562.171
Unity 6000.1.0a4
Version Control(Latest) 2.6.0

Can you please check if the issue persists with 2.6.0? If the issue persists, please attach a short video showing this symptom of it.

I have been working fine for one month without the version control plugin, just using the version control app.

Just re-added Version Control 2.6.0 package, to update this post.
using 6000.0.32f1 now…

Added a breakpoint in Rider. pressed play in editor → Editor hang on Reloading Domain…
Had to kill the editor!
Repeated 2x. Same hangs 3 times in a row.

Removed the version control package. Everything works again.
