VFX Graph : Forward Decal not visible in game view

Hello,

I’m new to vfx graph and i was experimenting with decals to make the blue gel from portal 2 and i have some problem to view my effect in game view.

it does not appear in game view. The only way i found to display it was to add antialiasing on my camera (?!).
But even with that, it is not visible if i’m near the effect

The decal not appearing in the Game View looks like a bug, it has been reported to the relevant teams. Please use the workaround you’ve found while the issue is fixed. See also this forum thread for potential further requirements on the VFX Forward Decals : URP VFX Graph issues

The decal disappearing when getting close to it is an expected behavior, and you can find some answers about it here : VFX graph decal particle is not rendered if the camera get inside the bounding box of that particle.

Also, it would be helpful if you could share the version in use in the project (of Unity and URP), alongside with the settings used in the video.
