VFX Instantiate as prefab

Ive been looking all over the internet, cant find info on that.
Im trying to instantiate VFX as prefab, it works but even small ammount of particles gives me intense lag.
In VFX editor its fine though.
I want my arrows to explode everything worked well with normal particle system but after i replaced it with VFX new explosion it started giving me huge lags.
Am i doing it wrong?

Does it lag if you just drag a bunch of copies of the prefab into the scene and then hit play?

That’ll tell you if there’s some kind of problem with instantiating them at runtime.
