This is a bug introduced in 3.1 and reportedly fixed in the upcoming 3.2 update.
Any info on 3.2 and the fix for this issue? This bug is well, sort of a big hassle.
I’ll amuse myself with the Asset Store till it’s fixed… wee
Yeah, a hassle not to be able to bring in new videos.
At least I can test with videos I have already in the project.
adding new videos is no problem but you have to provide them in ogg theora format.
Oh, so exporting to that format works, then.
Will have to check if I have anything that will export to the format.
Know if After Effects has this codec built in?
After Effects or at least premiere has an addon for it.
I personally use Miro and throw in little compressed to near uncompressed movies to have as little recompression artifacts as possible.
Anyone know where I can find an add on for exporting to the ogg theora format for After Effects CS5 or Premiere CS5?
