I play .mp4 from URL and set loop enabled.
But with unity 2017.3 and android 8.1 on Pixel XL phone, the video does not loop.

Does your video play once, or not at all?
I had to redefine some of my videos after update to 2017.3, but then url-mp4 plays and loop fine again (add player component, and enter url).
This is on Android 8.0 though.
It plays and stop at the end, but it does not loop as it is supposed to.
Then I guess it´s something else, I have no problem looping when the the video play once.
This is with some 10 seconds url-linked mp4, H.264.
Have you tried different videos, or a shorter part of the one you have?
Same problem here.I set video to loop, it plays, then it doesnt loop. It just stops. I dont know what the problem is!
I have the same problem too. I was able to fix the problem by using a shorter video (about 7 seconds).
I had some really weird video player crashes and tried 2020.2beta and my problem went away.
