Video Player not working in Unity 2022.3.22

Hey, I tried playing a video in Unity and went with this tutorial on YouTube.
I just ran the game and I didn’t get the result.

I tried the “Camera Near Plane” Mode and used the Render Texture and Custom Render Texture to play a video, but I got nothing…

I tried deleting the project and making a new one, even though I used Unity 2021.3.36 with the same approach, and still had the same problem…
