VideoPlayer source url,ok with editor,but build can only play http:// video,cant play local video

Dose any guys have the same issue?
did i use the wrong url?,i tried E:/1.mov E:\1.mov @file:///E:/1.mov file:///E:/1.mov etc,
none of the url works

try @“file://E:/1.mov”, I’m using unity 2018.2.2 and mp4 video, it works for me.
