Anyone here have one or perhaps know someone else who does? Apparently it will work with my MacBook Pro and will give it “real” gaming speeds. Looks interesting:

Looks very interesting indeed, but I couldn`t find out how much it costs for something like that? I would guess it is almost the same price as a PC gaming rig itself?

From what I read the empty box costs about $200USD plus whatever the cost is for the graphics board.
According the german reseller of the tech, the barebone thing costs 249 euro, the 4670 one costs 349 and according the page the ViDock2 is NOT compatible with mac (its win7 only)
only the original disconnued vdock (which is also the one for which the compatibility list is shown on the page) is mentioned to have support for mac
I have the ViDock GFX (P/N - 11094) version ATI 256MB works great! I have recently purchased a new 27" iMac and am no longer in need of this unit - does anyone know where one can sell this type of hardware?
