Virtual Cam with Framing Transposer is not smooth

I have a virtual camera with Framing Transposer as Body and Composer as Aim and everything works like a charm except that as soon as I move my character or the enemy (assigned Target Group to LookAt) the camera movement are really choppy and not smooth

Looking at the BossCam example here the camera follow the player with some smoothness while in my own project everything is stiff.

Have you tried changing the update mode in cinemachine brain?

Yep tried every combination.

Can you show a video of the problem? Your description is too vague.
