Visual Studio 2013, Windows (desktop) 8.1, Windows Phone 8.1 and Unity engine dev support?

Using Microsoft Visual Studio 2013 and Windows (desktop) 8.1, can I, and if so, how do I create both Windows 8.1 and Windows Phone 8.1 apps, written in C#, that can utilize the Unity engine?

If yes above, when creating new VS 2013 projects on Windows (desktop) 8.1, can I select C#/ “Blank App (Universal Apps)” and/or can I select C#/Store Apps/Windows Phone Apps/“Blank App (Windows Phones)” and access the Unity engine in these project?

Please some details. Or pointer to some documentation to get me started.

Many thanks

The answer to the second set of questions is no. You create the projects in the Unity Editor, select Windows Store Universal as your build target and it will build both windows phone 8.1 and windows store 8.1 apps.
