Visual Studio Debug stopped Working in 2018.1.0f2

I get the above error whenever loading any project. If I create a new project, Visual Studio doesnt even work at all, it doesnt attach to the project it doesnt create Slns. Whenever I want to debug and set a break point it just comes up with that error.

I think it may have something to do with standard assets that I used with one project some old post processing assets that dont work with the new Unity(I cant even delete them). But it seems to have broken Visual Studio completely.

Think I’ve solved the problem, have updated Visual Studio and everything seems to be fine and back to normal now.
