Visual Studio Debugger disconnects on start play

As stated here :

When you attach visual studio debugger to Unity and then start play, it immediately disconnects.

I am using Unity 2020.2a21 but not sure if this has to do with the alpha version of just visual studio problem.

Very annoying and hard to debug the beginning loading time of the game because of this.

anyone with the same problem and any solution to this?

Have you tried it with 2020.1 (non-experimental version)? Does it still disconnect there?

still happening to me in both 2020.3.18f1 and 2020.3.19f1
