So I noticed that while my game is properly rendering in a horizontal alignment (using iPhoneSetting.VerticalOrientation = false) the built in “volume” icon that is displayed by the iPhone OS when adjusting the devices volume is always oriented vertically. I’ve seen games on the iphone that are played from a horizontal perspective and they re-orient the volume icon to match - am I doing something wrong or is this a unity bug?
Not possible to make it work properly yet, as far as I know.
I see, hopefully we can have control over that in future versions of unity iPhone, it’s a little cheesy looking.
