Hi!
When I use volumetric spotlight with fog I see strong flickering of volumetric light cone.
I already enable in Volumetric fog filter because without it is super noise also.
HDRP 9.0.0-preview.33.

Is the reprojection enabled? Looks ok for me because the technique for volumetric fog in Unity is rather limited.

I tried to enable/disable reprojection but results is about the same.
P.S. I also tried to disable bloom it became less bright but still very noticable.
So here is something that I did not see at first.
I changed Anisotropy to zero and it fixed that flickering.
