VR application with InputSystem

Hello, I’m a Japanese university student. I want to create a VR game on my iOS device. So I imported Google Cardboard using Unity 2019.4.25f1. So I’m thinking of using the Switch Pro Controller to run it. It works on PC, but when I build on iPhone, controller input is not recognized. Is there any solution? I would appreciate it if you could let me know. Sorry for my poor English.
