Im developing an architecture scene in VR using HDRP+VR. When I build my scene, the gpu usage is about 60-80%, but I’m always with 45 fps, just like it’s locked. (Unity 2019.3.5f1)
Any idea for solving it?

What’s the VR headset you are working with? It sounds like it’s halving the frame rate for a 90Hz device? Recently on our project in a build with the Valve Index, set to 120Hz I was getting a solid 60fps and at 144Hz getting solid 72Hz, at 90Hz got solid 90fps. I think, if the hardware is struggling with the frame rate, it halves to give you a a smoother experience. However in VR this isn’t ideal :S
I’m working with Vive Pro. My pc hardware is not the best (i7-8700k + GTX 1070), but it seems really strange that it halves the framerate, as I said, the gpu usage isn’t at 100%…
