VR how to connect character hands and arms to the VR Controllers?

I’ve seen in some VR games that the character is first person view, and the character hands follow the VR controllers, and the arms move along connected to the hands. Creed Rise to Glory is a good example of this. How to do that? Is there a tutorial?

Rig your character so that the arms use inverse kinematics and then just set the hand position/ target position to the position of the controllers.

If you search for “upper body IK rigging” you should be able to find plenty of information detailing how to do it.
