VR native camera dual setup crashes ( topic move request )

Since patch 5.1.2p2 there is support to have a native vr camera in unity with content seperated in each eye. However when I try this setup:

  • LeftEyeCamera: Left, culling layer left
  • RightEyeCamera: Right, culling layer right

And hit play, Unity will wait 2/3 seconds and instandly crash in both Direct and Extended mode. I have not been able to get this setup working. With the SDK’s from Oculus the dual camera setup provided with the SDK works just fine.

What causes this or got anyone this working?

Using:
Unity 5.1.2p3
Oculus Mobile SDK 0.6.0.1
Oculus Configuration tool 1.7 ( SDK 0.6.0.1 )
