VS 2013 update 5 CTP 2 "graphics debugging of Unity-based applications on Windows Phone"

Anyone know what exactly they have implemented? I can’t find any specifics on it. Found the blurb here:

You weren’t able to use the Visual Studio Graphics debugger (including stepping through your shaders) before if your scene had shadows enabled on DirectX 11 feature level 9.x device.
