VS Studio 2019 not working with intellisense

Not sure if this is the place it goes, but I can’t seem to get this to work. I have already tried fixing it in preferences < External Script Editor. This is my screen for it, and I have no idea what to do…

Also, try update the VSCode package inside of Unity: Window → Package Manager → Search for Visual Studio Code Editor → Press the Update button
