I use Vungle ad by Prime31. Sometimes I can see black screen with only sound toggle. I was waiting long time, but does nothing happen. What is wrong?
Sorry to hear you are encountering a black screen for ads. Does this happen with a certain device or all devices. Would check with Prime31 to see if they have additional cases or suggestions, and make sure you are on the latest version.
