after i clicked on 2d to make a health bar. then i wanted to take a diffrent approach so i went to back to 3D by toggle 2d icon again and now my W and S is disabled and my camara is in a wierd zoom
You probably switched to isometric mode, just click on Iso under the 3D gizmo on the upper right part of the scene window.
