Description: Flumar will be an adventure packed 2D indie Platformer. I’ve been working / playing around with this project for roughly 3-4 months (Flumar was originally named ‘Warlex’). And in that 3-4 months i’ve been perfecting the controls, mechanics and deciding what type of graphic style I should aim for, so now I feel like I’ve finally decided
About the game: All I’ve worked out for the story so far is this. Your’e a young boy named Flumar, you wake up everyday wanting to make a change in the world, and one day the bad come up with a catastrophic plan to take over the world, and that plan is to remove the sky, piece by piece. Flumar feels like this will be his chance to make his dream of saving the day come true. But on your journey, you meet this girl, EVERYTHING Flumar has ever wanted, when suddenly everything takes a turn for the worst.
Thanks for the feedback Suctioncup! I want to be able to make a profit off this game some day, wether it be big or small. Anyone else have any opinions on the graphics? Or any features the game should have, or where I could improve?
I will try to upload a video when i get at least one entire level done, because at the moment it’s just a mock-up of what I want the game to look like.
And if anyone wants to help out on the project I’d be incredibly happy! Working on a game alone can be rather boring
Sorry for this bump, but I’m just curious to who’d be kind enough to help me test the android version of Flumar. Since I don’t have an Android phone It’d be nice if someone could help me test things
Thanks for all the positive comments everyone! Hopefully one day Flumar grows into a decent indiegame.
As for Android device testing, I already have a tester. But one day I might get a few others to help spot out bugs and such.
But again, I’m still looking for ideas for ideas for in game features.
Well, So far you at least got me smiling cus of the jumping sounds looks very funny! Good job, the controls do look kind of odd, but I can’t tell without playing ofc :).
