i am making the android game using unity3d. i want to show another screen which shows back view of current player. how can i do this

You will need two cameras. One will show the first person view, and the second will show the back view. The first camera will take up the entire viewport, while the second will be restricted to that portion of the screen that you are interested in showing the back view on.
This approach can be extends to show others views, eg., a radar view of enemies, etc.
