Nice! Just Change the tiling on the cliffs, they look a little off.
Looking at the second picture, the castle, terrain and apparant scale of both, the occupants of the castle would be sitting ducks for archers on the hillsides to the right.
In my experience living in Wales, castles were built on high ground or flat open terrains. This was done to make them harder to attack and to give a view of the surrounding landscape to easily see approaching forces.

Lots more examples at that website. I used to play in the Degannwy Castle as a kid.
To be honest though, you are not the first 3D modeller to create such a castle-mountain arrangement.
