I want to build escape room game style like thos ones:

But i can’t understand how did they apply the graphics! how did they get this hight quality of graphics?!
Mostly room escape games are images rendering based.
Developer creates high poly assets like using in architecture or movie quality.
Then setup different angles which use in game then render in 3D software.
Using 3dsMax’s V-Ray for example for those realistic quality rendering.
So final results are just all images.
Do you have a video tutorial for how to set the vray settings so the so the rendering will be high quality?? 
Simply find in YouTube and you will get tons of guides like this one.
You can also use Mental Ray which is build in.
