I was checking to see which app name was available and found out that “Warrior” was green light and thought to myself, wow this is weird and made a game with it
Just for killing time in subway (because it is so boring in there, bus is fine, there is at least something to see)
Out of curiosity, how did you search? Did you just keep trying different names via the search option?
Yeah in itunes connect
In the page you see when you click Add New App
If you type in name and click Ok, it says weather the name is available or not
You don’t have to fill in all the info, just name

I think its because Warrior is such a commonly used name that it would be hard to market as a game. Even if “warrior” on its own is not taken, there are tons of variations with the name warrior in it (rogue warrior, the warriors (based on the movie), deadliest warrior…). If you search warrior on youtube there are so many hits that the chances of finding anything about your game will most likely be very slim to none.
