Water Asset is missing? Wanting to add a puddle to my scene.

I have looked up tutorials on how to make water and when going to import the basic water asset, it is not there. Am I doing something wrong?

Any help would be appreciated,

You need to import the assets. In Unity, it’s Assets->Import Package->Environment
