Water Pro daytime changes color when player looks up

My water pro daytime changes color when the player looks up and looks weird. does anyone know how to solve this? so basically when the player looks straight at the water, it looks clear. When the player looks at something far away, the water turns dark blue.

This is called Fresnel Reflection, and is intentional. This particular value of light is realistic; a clear, reflective object is going to show more reflection at glancing angles than directly. I believe there is a fresnel curve texture that you can change or remove, but I would advise against it as essentially all water visuals will do this intentionally.
