Way to combine meshes at runtime and preserve lightmaps?

Hi,
I’m wondering if there’s currently a way to combine meshes at runtime that have already been lightmapped, and keep the lightmaps on them when combining the mesh?

I have MeshBaker but it says it can’t combine the meshes and keep lightmapping in Unity 5, only Unity 4, does it work in Unity 5?
