Way to display html 5 webpages in pc game?

I was looking for solution to display webpages(preferably with full html 5 and javascript support) in a 3d game. All the posts/solutions I’ve seen are 5 years old dead links or only for mobile. would you guys have any suggestions? Thanks in advance
