We can't switch Facing Direction to "User" after start Occlusion on iOS device

We are making AR application.
On the development,could’t switch Facing Direction to “User” after start Occlusion.
We want to switch Facing Direction to “User”.
If you know how to solve it,plese let me know.

We tried the following case.(Plese reference attached image)
And tried with switching scene too.
