Web browsers not detecting Unity Web Player after installation.

I recently got a new windows 10 desktop. I have been trying to play an online browser game that requires Unity Web Player. However, after unistalling and reinstalling Unity Web Player many times, the game still asks me to install it (shows the image above). I know that the problem is not that one game since all the other Unity games and even Unity’s web site is telling me the same thing, to install Unity Web Player. I also know the problem is not specific to the web browsers since I have tried many different ones (Crome, Firefox, Opera and Internet Explorer). The browser don’t even seem to detect Unity as a plugin. This is very frustrating since this is a brand new computer (pretty expensive one too).

It will be great if anyone has an idea as to why this is happening and/or a solution.

The webplayer is defunct. Pretty much the only way to use it is to find an obsolete browser version and use that.
